**************  Shipping Policy  *************

We make every effort to exclusively use Continental Airlines for
the shipment of your kitten.  They have outstanding customer
service and go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and
safety of the kitties.  They fly to you in temperature controlled,
pressurized area of the plane and are monitored by the flight
staff at stops.  We ship kittens bi-weekly if necessary, our drive time is
more than 3 hours one way.  We arrive 90 minutes before the
flight to properly check in and remain in the terminal until the
flight has left the gate.  We will then call each client to let them
know that their new kitten is in the air.  At  times beyond our
control flights are delayed and or cancelled.  We will notify you
immediately should this occur.  Please note that when shipping,
we are at the mercy of the airlines and their schedules.  When
last minute changes occur , it is inconvenient for us as well.  
Please know that we will make any and every effort to get the
kitten to you ASAP.
We charge $275.00 to ship with Continental.  This cost
covers the flight, insurance on the kitten, airline approved carrier and certified
Veterinary health certificate.
Once the kitten is released to the airlines it becomes the responsibility of the airline to
maintain the  safety and health of the kitten until that kitten reaches its destination.

If you would like to pick up your kitten arrangements can be made. We will drive 100
miles in any direction for 1.00 per mile


***  Going Home Policy  ***

Kittens are released to their new owners at 12-14 weeks of age
based on many factors.   Kittens must be able to groom
themselves appropriately and be litter  trained.  This also
allows time for vaccinations to be given.  When shipping, this
ensures that the kitten can withstand the sometimes long flight,
and possible layovers.  We do make every effort to reserve
nonstop flights, however this is not always possible.  If for
any reason you cannot wait for the kitten to be released, or change your mind,
please note that deposits are NOT refundable.

Contract

Once a verbal agreement for a kitten is reached, the
deposit has to be received within 7 days. Deposits are 250.00  per kitten.
If the deposit is going to be late it is the responsibility of the buyer to inform us.

We reserve the right to place the kitten back on the available list.  
When you receive and review our sales agreement you
acknowledge that you have read and understand the specifics
outlined in our contract and policies on this page.  If you have
any questions related to any of these policies, please consult
with us prior to returning the signed contract.
Please note that the balance due on the kitten must be
paid by date noted on the sales agreement.  If not
received, the kitten will be made available to the next
interested client and the deposit will be forfeited.

e-mail address to fraudulently place ads in an attempt to scam buyers.
Please be sure for your own security that you call Peony Rose Cattery when entering  the
final process of purchasing one of our  kittens
Peony Rose Cattery will adhere to the sound business practice of not commenting
negatively on the business and policies of our friends, colleagues, and competitors.
